Q What's die casting?
A In short，Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process.
Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, depending on the type of metal being cast, a hot- or cold-chamber machine is used.

We have our own die casting workshop, precision machining workshop, and all the process with your parts needed would be support by our qualified suppliers. A Painting, zinc plating, hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, black oxide coating, electrolytic polishing, mirror polish and so on.

A Sure. We can assemble the parts for you if you needed. Before the packing, we will 100% check according to your requirement.

Q How to make sure the products quality before the shipment?
A Based on our complete and strict quality assurance system, we can on behalf of you to check the parts as your request. Not only for this, we have a professional quality team to guarantee the quality on the different production process. We control the quality from the raw material to shipping. All our material on your parts has gained certification of SGS, Rohs.
We will supply you a video with detailed inspection process and dispatch the MATERIAL REPORT and DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION REPORT for your confirmation before the shipment if you could not come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection.a
